How it Works

Each Nicolet Branch is staffed with a recruiter and Regional Care Administrator that will assist you in meeting your healthcare staffing needs.  We pride ourselves in client service that allows our Care Associates to assist your company’s desire to provide quality care.  We will work with you to establish an effective orientation program to allow our staff to integrate smoothly into your daily routine.  Scheduling can be handled by phone or email.  Our direct care team has been thoroughly screened and trained.  Nicolet will provide you with a total summary of the caregivers background and experience for your review and approval, prior to being assigned to your location.

History

Nicolet Care Associates has evolved from Nicolet Staffing, which started in 1977 as a light industrial staffing agency.  As we continue this industrial staffing, we have seen a need for supportive homecare which we have been doing since 2008.  Nicolet Care Associates is now a recognized supportive homecare staffing agency by all MCO’s in northern Wisconsin.  In 2015 we noticed another need for staffing in long-term care facilities and assisted living, in central and northern Wisconsin, and have now branched out into Nicolet Care Associates.
